The Movie Visionary name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without permission.

Submission Guidelines

Movie Visionary does not currently accept user-submitted content. Any future interactive features will be subject to additional terms. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe third-party rights.

No Warranties

Movie Visionary makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the site or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the site. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Film information may change; we are not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party data. Liability Limits

User Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Movie Visionary and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the site or your violation of these terms. This indemnity applies to claims by third parties resulting from your actions. You must cooperate fully in the defence of any such claim. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

New Zealand Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Movie Visionary regarding the use of the site. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term.
